To ensure an even burn, and prevent that annoying 'tunnelling' please allow the top layer of wax to melt completely on the first lighting. This may take a couple of hours, but please do it or your candle might not burn evenly.

Gorgeous candle and fantastic customer service

I love these candles and I always repurchase. They are so much nicer than many of the more well known and expensive brands. Even better, they now have two wicks so they burn more evenly. Great service from Lisa - my order was delayed in the post during the Royal Mail strikes and Lisa sent me not one, but two, replacements!
