How do I return something?

I always want to make sure you are happy with everything you purchase. Please make sure you read the dimensions of a product before ordering and if you have any questions at all please contact me.

As a small one-woman business I'm afraid I have to ask you to pay for your own returns unless the product is faulty or my mistake. 

Please send your goods back maintaining proof of postage so if your return is lost in the post you can claim for it.

All returns must be received by me within 30 days of purchase

Returns should be sent with a note clearly stating your name, email address and order number. Returns must be in perfect saleable condition, obviously unused and packed carefully.

You don’t need to email me first, as long as you provide this information so I can refund you.

Something arrived damaged or incorrect 

I inspect and pack everything very carefully before posting. Unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur in the post, so please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact me if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right.  

How do I exchange something? 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as I receive and check your return you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
