UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Postage via Royal Mail 48 hour or courier is £4.95 within UK.
FREE delivery on orders over £40.
Our opening hours for postage are Monday to Friday 8am - 3.30pm.
We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days if stock is available - usually I try and despatch on the same day, on all orders received before 2pm. If you need something urgently please email me and I will do my best to accommodate. Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 days via Royal Mail 48 hour or for larger parcels, by courier.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Due to the current uncertainty regarding customs charges, we are not offering a Standard European Delivery Service as we don’t know how the customs charges will work, and we don’t want anyone receiving a nasty bill! Once we have some clarity we hope to be able to post our parcels to our lovely customers all over Europe.
PACKAGING
My priority is that your order reaches you safely so packaging is practical rather than pretty, and I recycle and reuse as much packaging as I can.
Sustainability is very important to us so we use:

cornstarch packing peanuts

We also reuse bubble wrap and other postage materials we have received.
DELIVERY FAQS
FURNITURE OR LARGE ITEM DELIVERY
Heavy, fragile items or small to mid-size furniture will be delivered by directly from our suppliers using their own couriers, Please check the expected delivery dates stated in the items description. However, due to the current Covid and Brexit situations, these dates can be subject to change unfortunately but I will inform you of any changes.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If there is something you'd like which is showing out of stock, please enter your email address to join the waitlist and receive an email when it is back in stock. This option is available on the individual product page.
If for any reason an item is out of stock but the system has allowed you to place an order we will let you know so that you can either cancel your order or wait slightly longer for it to arrive.
PRE-ORDER
If we have a delivery date for a product we sometimes allow pre-orders, particularly for very popular items. Please check the dates should you wish to pre-order as sometimes pre-order dates can be a month or more in advance.
Pre-order dates are not a guarantee as we are reliant on our suppliers but please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon as they arrive with us.
As an environmentally conscious business and in order to minimise our carbon footprint, unless you specify we may despatch all items together once your complete order is in stock. Please contact me if you would like your in stock item sent sooner than the pre order.
