Good communication from a small business.

Very pretty glasses which I am sure my daughter in law will love for her Christmas present. I also bought a quilt recently from Lisa which was delayed (I hasten to add not her fault as many businesses, including large companies, are having problems with shipped goods. Lisa very sweetly came back immediately and apologised. When she received the quilt she sent it off first class. It is just what I wanted.
