Easter bunny shortbread biscuits recipe

I can't claim these cute little bunnies as my own. These came from my lovely friend Laura of @teandbiscuits_x and she kindly said we could spread the word. After all, the world needs more of these moreish bunnies! 

Hopefully you've got some time for Easter baking, but even if you're a bit stretched, these are super quick and easy to knock up.

Here's the recipe...

Ingredients:
9oz butter room temperature

4.5oz granulated or caster sugar
9oz self-raising flour (I sometimes use half wholemeal)
4.5oz cornflour.

Method: 
Mix the butter and sugar and then add in the flours until a dough forms. Roll out and cut into shapes. Bake at 150°c or until going golden - about 20 mins.
